The Held Parent Journey

A 3-month support space for parents who want to feel grounded, clear, and deeply connected to their children. This journey offers emotional support, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and community — so you can be held, and hold your child with presence and ease.

Program starts the second week of September and ends on the week of the 7th of december.

What You’ll Receive

Intake Session (Week 0)

  • 1 hour with parent(s): Explore your challenges, emotional mapping, and set intentions
  • 30 minutes with your child(ren): Gentle, intuitive session to connect and observe family dynamics
 

Twice-Weekly Private Sessions (45 minutes each)

  • Emotional Support & Parenting Guidance: Reflect, receive tools, and explore topics like boundaries, meltdowns, communication, and repair
  • Breathwork & Somatic Regulation: Gentle breathwork and body practices to help you feel grounded and calm
 

Optional Voice/Text Support

  • Check in anytime with questions, reflections, or wins
 

Wellness Referrals

  • Recommendations for trusted practitioners (bodywork, somatic therapy, nutrition, energy healing)
 

Monthly Cacao Circle

  • A nourishing group gathering with cacao ritual, heartfelt sharing, and body-based healing

Price: €999 for the full journey or 3 monthly payments of €333
Flexible payment plans available

Spaces are limited: Only 3 parents accepted that live In Antwerp and accepting 1 parent from any part of the world.

The price for parents living not in Antwerp will be less because they won’t be able to attend the cacao ceremonies. Price for the 1 spot available for people abroad: €819 or 273 monthly.
